Get OATH OTP provisioning key URI and QR code for device setup using third party OATH OTP Client

Use this API to enroll third-party authenticator (e.g. google authenticator, microsoft authenticator, etc.) as OATH OTP Client in CyberArk Identity.

• The API gets invoked when the user wants to add a third-party authenticator to CyberArk Identity in any device.
