Out-of-band mechanisms invoke this endpoint to indicate that a user has taken action on their device.
To complete an authentication challenge, a user may choose an OOB mechanism. While the client polls /Security/AdvanceAuthentication to wait for a response, the user may respond to the mechanism on their device.
If this occurs, either a third-party service or an internal handler must invoke this endpoint so that CyberArk Identity can notify the client at the next polling tick.
Note that while SMS and EMAIL use this API, the PF phone call mechanism does not.
